Change your bank

First and foremost, you should contact your bank to let them know you want them to take action on pay and bonuses. Ask them who’s getting what. Let them know that if they don’t change their policy to your satisfaction, you’re going to change banks, and publically.

Then, join the Change Your Bank campaign. The more people who join, the more the banks will listen.
